When should I expect my product to arrive?

All items are SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PUT ON YOUR ORDER. We will process all orders within 7 business days except PREORDERS. Preordered items will begin fulfillment after January 1, 2024. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Packages will be sent by UPS or USPS. Any delays in shipping once the items are received by the USPS OR UPS are not within our control. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are not offering international shipping at this time.

If I order multiple products will they arrive at the same time?

We partner with various vendors for different items and ship them as soon as possible. Though it's rare, you may receive multiple packages.

Can items be returned?

All sales are final. We strive for 100% satisfaction for each and every order. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your purchase so we can make it right. We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellation once fulfillment has begun. 

What are your business days? 

Monday - Friday, standard holidays apply.

Do all of your Delta Collection candles have the same scent?

All of the Delta Collection candles have the same clean, spa-like scent. It's intentional so that you can burn several at the same time. One morning you might need courage, hope, and faith. On another, you may find yourself celebrating with joy, peace, and gratitude. Think about the candles as daily intentions. However, the luxury Light Collection features different scents meant to evoke the candle they represent -- healing, peace, hope, etc. 

Are your candles "clean"?

Yes! We use a coconut/soy blend wax and either cotton or wooden wicks. Light Collection is boxed in recycled cardboard with biodegradable peanuts!

Can your Light Collection vessels be repurposed?

Yes! In fact, we designed them so that you can burn them to the very bottom, getting the most burn for your buck. Just wash them out and use as a vase, glass, planter, you name it. Or contact us, if you ship it back to us, we'll refill it at a huge discount.

Can products be customized for your group or organization?

What's the best way to burn the candle for an even burn?

Burn the candles for 3 hours at a time. Cut the wick every time.  

What's the best wick height?

To help ensure even burning, trim the wick to 1/4 inch every time you light it. (If the flame is too high or it’s flickering or smoking too much, make sure the wick is at 1/4 inch. If it’s not, extinguish the flame, let it cool, trim the wick and try again.)

Candle Fire Safety Rules

Be careful where you burn a candle. Keep it where you can see it, out of reach of kids or pets, away from anything that could catch fire, and extinguish it before leaving the room, sleeping, etc. (Also, keep it away from drafty areas that could promote uneven burning.) 

 A snuffer is the best way to extinguish the flame as water and blowing on it can splatter the hot wax. 

 To help ensure even burning, trim the wick to 1/4 inch every time you light it. (If the flame is too high or it’s flickering or smoking too much, make sure the wick is at 1/4 inch. If it’s not, extinguish the flame, let it cool, trim the wick and try again.) 

Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris.

Never touch or move a burning candle as the liquid wax can spill and make a mess and is, well, hot.
